Disneyland’s Halloween Time Media Event

Disneyland hosted its’ annual Halloween Media event at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa in the Sequoia Ballroom. This media event advertised all of the halloween offerings for the resort for media influencers, families, and news media. This event showcased special food, merch, and entertainment offerings.

Being the event designer on this, I transformed and designed the space from scratch with pipe & draping, special carpeting, decor, scenic elements, and photo location opportunities. Working with multiple vendors, the ballroom was completely transformed. Media guests and in-house partners really enjoyed and loved the overall look.
